Netgear 5-Port Gigabit Switch, Software-Managed for $20.
We use this Switch in a room that connects a couple Ethernet devices, and it works fairly well.

Asus RT-N12 Wifi Router for $18.
Normally about $28.
Cheap routers can handle only a small number of devices and limited bandwidth, so we do not recommend them for someone who uses the Internet a lot.

Normally about $28.
It is specifically designed to extend the range of your Wifi network in areas of the house where WIfi is weak.

It creates a second SSID that your Wifi devices can connect to when not in range of your main router.

This UPS provides battery backup, and should protect better than a regular UPS as shown in

With 5 cameras, that can be a hassle.
However, the cloud setup interface is simple to use, making it a breeze to get up and running.
The Arlo is water resistant, and good for outdoor use.
If you are looking for simplicity, the Arlo has it.
If you are looking for a good surveillance system with excellent night vision range, there are better cameras.

SanDisk Ultra 64GB MicroSD Memory Card (MicroSDXC) for $16.
We bought one during its last sale at $19, and it works very well.
Most SD cards should be very reliable, but we feel comfortable knowing the SanDisk Ultra brand has been reliable for a long time.
SanDisk makes excellent quality memory products backed by a great warranty.
We have never had a SanDisk drive fail, however keep in mind, portable flash drives are only designed to last around 10 years before they start to degrade.
