- Deals on Portable Battery Chargers
With deals a bit slow since the holiday shopping season ended, now is a good time to post about our favorite battery chargers that keep your devices charged.
We occasionally post about Ravpower deals since they became our favorite brand of portable chargers 3 years ago.
We like their quality and price, plus they are backed by a 30 month warranty once you register the product or purchase direct from Ravpower.com.
Can be charged by either a 30W USB-C power adapter or a regular USB power adapter using a USB Micro cable, so it's more versatile than the above charger, but does weigh a bit more.
If you purchase a Ravpower product from Amazon, register your order to increase the product warranty from 18 months to 30 months.
USB-C supports higher power than regular USB, including 45-watt and above which can charge many Intel-based modern laptops that accept USB-C power delivery.
If your laptop came with a USB-C power adapter, check the watt rating on the adapter to see which USB-C battery pack wattage would power your laptop.
USB-C can also charge batteries 3 times faster than regular USB, but you do need a USB-C power adapter.
Our favorite USB-C power adapter is a Freedy 90W USB-C Travel Charger because it packs easily for travel, and can charge two USB-C devices, one at 60W and another at 30W, and provides two QC USB charging ports.
We replaced its 6-foot cord with a 12-foot cord, for better reach.
