Excellent - One Small Bug.
This is an excellent app. Just what I need. I use 25 minutes work and 5 minutes time out. During the time outs I do simple standing stretches, slow curls with 6 kg each hand (very light), squats and some Tai Chi. It is good for my body, and even better for my brain. I certainly make up more than enough for the lost time through increased productivity over the day. Unfortunately, the software does not see when I am inactive (no key or mouse movements). This usually means that I am not at the computer. I think this is a bug that needs attention.
Cons:
I would like to see a small clock on the top menu bar. More

Less stiff & sore after just two days!.
Exactly what I was looking for! Easy to use, very customizable. My joints already feel less stiff after just a couple days of quick stretch breaks every 20 minutes. Thank you for this!
