Q:Has anyone had issues with the knob sticking? I have trouble turning off the water, the knob sticks when trying to turn off/on. In order to turn off, I need to hold the knob and the neck of the faucet, if that makes sense.

Sensor faucets need batteries

Excellent water power and firm grip. The handle needs to be kept in on position and waive your hand so the sensor works. It needs AA batteries. Use R&R Plumbing for your plumbing needs, you won't be disappointed.

4 years ago we got one of these for a second sink in the kitchen. I thought it was a gimmick, but it has turned into one of those things you never knew you needed, until you had it. I often swipe my greasy hands in front of the sensor without gunking up the handle. A recent power outage in an ice storm saw temps inside the house drop to 27 deg. Virtually every system with a water valve broke. I replaced both kitchen faucets with flow motion activated units. It cost the same as regular units, so we were able to save the insurance company some money. I had no issues installing the system myself as the locking ring mechanism makes it easy to work in confined spaces.

cheap plastic connection broken and flood

After less than 4 years of use, a cheap plastic connection under the sink, where water connects to the control box, detached without warning, flooded the kitchen. Luckily, we were home and only flooded the kitchen.

Works great!!!

I ordered this on 12/8/20, and finally installed it on 3/8/23. It took me that long, because there was a lot involved. I had to remove the sink to clean up the mold where the under-mount sink meets the granite countertop. The actual faucet install was easy. I just have so much going on under the sink. I installed this alongside an Insinkerator hot water dispenser, a Watts Premier reverse osmosis faucet and an Ultimate Kitchens foaming soap dispenser. Most importantly, my wife loves it!

In love with this faucet!

upgrade

Such a nice upgrade. The instructions are easy and doesn't take long to install. I had to call customer service about the flow of the water. They were so helpful, sent out a new part. Everything has been working fine since. Everyone loves the motion on/off. The finish is gorgeous and feels top notch.

really great

I really like it! With I’m cooking, i can keep my hands from touching the handle And just motion it to turn on. I have very little plumbing experience and I’m a small woman so it was a challenge removing the old fixture but installing this was EASY. I also didnt drill the battery pack into the wall. I used heavy duty command strips. Which later, made it easy for my husband to remove.
