This app is garbage. I've tried multiple times to place a mobile order and it never works. For some reason when I try to pay it brings up a billing address I haven't lived at in six years. My billing address is updated in Google Pay, but the app brings up the wrong address, so the charges get declined every time I try to order. I was finally able to update the address, but now the app just stalls when I try to hit the "continue" button after choosing payment method. It's extremely frustrating.

The app itself functions alright, sometimes it bugs and I have to redo my order again. My complaints are to the company itself- the food and drinks are getting too expensive without the quality to justify it. The coupons have been disappointing compared to how they were last year. I'd rather spend the extra find getting coffee somewhere else or get none at all.

App is really easy to use and definitely cuts down on my wait times. The Dunkin locations I visit most frequently can get pretty busy, especially the location nearest my job. So it definitely helps to be able to select and pay for my items ahead of time and not have to wait in any long lines to grab them.
