This chair comes shipped in a relatively flat box. You have to put it together. It takes about 15 minutes to assemble. The only tool required is a plastic wrench to tighten the large threaded plastic fasteners. The plastic wicker does not seem very durable. Just laying the chair on its side during assembly resulted in some scratches on the plastic, so make sure to assemble it on cardboard or something soft. The chair has plenty of depth, and the cushions are pretty nice. It is pretty wide and deep, so large people can use it. I would definitely be careful about allowing very heavy people to sit on it, or for anyone to stand on it for reach as I believe the seat would collapse. The color is very nice, and would go well with most decor.

Yay for the Keter Salta outdoor arm chair for being the easiest piece of furniture I've ever assembled. I love how the pieces snap together and then are held in place with a fastener. The wicker look of the plastic really adds to the look of quality and I like that. I like that the cushions are made of sunbrella fabrics because I know they will stand up to our outdoor conditions. It's hot here. I find the chair very comfortable. I like that the arm is thick enough that I can set my drink on it without worrying that it will topple off. Over all I'd say the quality of the Keter Salta arm chair is such that it will last for several seasons.
Sturdy chair and really nice looking. But the seat cushion is like a rock, I’ll need to find something else to replace it. The back cushion is nice but could be a bit bigger.
I have placed two separate orders of the Keter Salta, All Weather Outdoor Armchairs. Overall, they are easy to assemble and look great for the pricing.
Like any other patio set with fabric cushions, I would not leave them constantly exposed to the elements. I'd recommend either buying the chair covers or storing the cushions, especially on heavy rain (or snow) days.
The reason I'm giving 3 stars is because of inconsistent quality control issues and unexpected delays with delivery. I do like the product and have a 3rd order for the matching Coffee Table. I'm crossing my fingers and hoping it's a better experience.
First Order:
(Pros) Arrived at the established date. Easy to assemble, once I found the instructions online. All parts (hardware) were included. Seems to be durable. It's comfortable enough to sit for a while. It looks great.
(Cons) Box was not taped/sealed properly. It did not come with assembly instructions. The screws were scattered all over the box.
Second Order:
(Pros) Instructions were included. Seems to be durable. It's comfortable enough to sit for a while. It looks great.
(Cons) Was delivered 2 days past the established delivery date. Box was not taped/sealed properly (again). The screws were scattered all over the box (again). Missing 3 screws. Had to decide which section to leave without the screws. Broken piece of plastic from the armrest framing. Although it's not visible from the outside.
First, I can't believe outdoor furniture is so expensive. This product looks so cheap when it comes out of the box. I was going to put it together and see how I liked it but I thought I'd never be able to get it back in the box if I returned it. Probably would've been ok but it looks like the weather would beat it to death in a year. In the end, I'm going to return and bite the bullet and buy some stuff that's nice.

I'm a huge fan of these Keter outdoor products. Having owned 2 Keter lounge chairs in the same wicker pattern, I was excited to add this chair to my set. The lounge chairs have lasted me the past 5 years including the punishing weather patterns of constant rain and snow. They have held up perfectly without any cracks, deforms or discoloration. The Salta wicker chair is not the same uniform construction but was put together easily enough. There are only around 9 steps to complete the construction which lasted about 15 minutes. One disappointment was the fact that the backing was damaged in three separate areas during shipping or manufacturing. The only positive note is that the damage is located behind the pillow where it is not noticeable. The base cushion is ok, not very supportive but it does the job. The pillow on the other hand is extremely soft and provides almost no support when leaning back. It would have been a better option to provide something more substantial.
2.0 out of 5 stars
Would have been a nice addition to my collection if it wasnt damaged. :( Construction/durability is suspect. See pics

I absolutely love this chair. It was easy to put together but the directions could use some work. Overall it is so very comfortable, I didn't think it would be because the cushions seemd thin but it is the best. The arms are wide enough for a drink to be placed and I don't have to worry about animals eating the material of the chair. I can leave this out all year although I do cover it for winter in New England. But we love this furniture so much. Would buy again and would recommend if you don't mind assembly.

My husband put this all together on his own. The chair is made from a hard plastic that is still relatively lightweight, so that one person can move it, but that shouldn't blow around in a storm. The cushions are weatherproof (though with our sappy trees, I take them in). The arms are thick enough to rest a drink on, and the oversize chair makes this a nice one to curl up and read in outside! The sides are closer to black than grey, but the pillows are grey. Extra outdoor pillows make this even more colorful. So far, it seems to be holding up!
