This deal is only available for someone who:
  • has an American Express card that accrues points, and
  • has not redeemed any AmEx points promotion from Amazon recently.
To see if you are eligible:
  1. Link your American Express Card to your Amazon account.
  2. Click Here and click the activate button in the center of the page.
  3. If eligible, it will tell you the promotion has been added to your account.
  4. Add at least $60 to your cart.
  5. During checkout, choose your American Express card and apply at least $1 in points from the card. You can pay for the whole purchase with points if you want, or just $1 in points and charge the rest.
  6. Verify that a $30 discount appears. If no discount appears, then either:
    • you already redeemed a similar AmEx points promotion from Amazon this year, or
