Details: | Sony Portable Wireless Server for $30 (expired) Valid through tonight only. It usually sells for around $70. It is a wireless reader for Secure Digital (SD) memory cards. The reviews are decent, not great, but could be very useful for someone who wants to share the pictures on your SD card with all your devices. If you are looking for a SD card that can be accessed wireless by your smartphone and computer, also check out a Toshiba Flash Air II 16GB SD Wifi Card for $30. Unlike the above device which works with your existing SD cards, this is just one card with a built-in Wifi feature. You can download photos from your camera without taking out the SD card. Simply turn the camera on, connect to the Wifi SD card like you would any Wifi router, then download the pictures wirelessly using a smartphone app or a web browser. Some of the reviewers say the features are a bit weak, but it does work, and has more recent positive reviews than the Eye-Fi cards. |
