Details: | $100 Credit For Trading in a Windows XP Computer Microsoft has officially stopped supporting Windows XP, but Best Buy is hoping to make some sales from it. If you bring a computer into a Best Buy and prove that it still uses Windows XP, Best Buy will give you a $100 credit for trading in your Windows XP computer for a new computer. The $100 credit must apply toward a desktop or laptop computer priced at least $599 at Best Buy. Here is an article with the details. ![]() You must show them the computer's Windows XP had been actively used, so it probably will not work to install a fresh Windows XP on an old computer. You must also be ready to buy a new computer from Best Buy, as it seems they will accept your trade-in and expect you to buy a new computer at that time. This promotion ends June 15. |
