| Details: | Update on OfficeMax rebate problems: Officemax just sent me email saying that they heard that a lot of Hot Deals Club visitors have problems with OfficeMax mail-in rebates. I would guess their email was in response to either my email to them yesterday, or some Hot Deals Club visitors could have contacted OfficeMax directly once they saw that other people were having OfficeMax rebate problems. OfficeMax says that if you had any problems with an OfficeMax mail-in rebate, you should contact them immediately at:
If you did have a OfficeMax rebate problems, try contacting them using the above information and let them help you. There may have been issues with OfficeMax rebates, but it seems they are trying to resolve any issues that any customers have had. Feel free to email me your results (positive or negative) after contacting OfficeMax about any rebate issues you have. Update: I was told that OfficeMax is now investigating the rebate processing house that they use. Comments on the rebate issue. |
