| Details: | Problems with OfficeMax rebates: I have heard of many people who have purchased an item from OfficeMax, followed the mail-in rebate instructions, yet had their rebate lost or denied by OfficeMax. I suggest that anyone who had their submitted rebate lost or denied should walk back in to the OfficeMax store and complain to the manager and demand the rebate amount given to them in-person. Because of the numerous complains that I heard of, I recommend that people think twice about purchasing something from OfficeMax.com with the hopes of getting a rebate check. You may have better luck with an in-store OfficeMax purchase, since it is easier to complain in-person when the rebate is returned unfulfilled. Comments |
